Refund Policy

We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it in: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can start the return/refund process.

Damage and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so that we can assess and correct the problem.

If you have received damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible and send us a video so that we can fix the problem for you.

Exchange: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for discounted products, nor do we exchange them for hygiene reasons.
